在壹體(ti)化汙(wu)水處理設備(bei)中(zhong)首(shou)先(xian)進(jin)入酸(suan)堿(jian)中(zhong)和調(tiao)節(jie)系(xi)統(tong),進(jin)行(xing)酸(suan)堿(jian)中(zhong)和,在此通過pH控制儀,利(li)用計量泵準確投加壹定(ding)量(liang)NaOH水(shui)溶(rong)液,調(tiao)節pH值(zhi)至(zhi)8~9之(zhi)間,在堿(jian)性(xing)條(tiao)件(jian)下,廢水(shui)中的酸(suan)被中和,廢水(shui)中若(ruo)含(han)有鐵(tie)、鎘(ge)、銅(tong)、錳、鎳(nie)、鉛、鉻(ge)等重金屬(shu)離(li)子(zi)則可與(yu)OH-發生化學(xue)反應生成(cheng)氫(qing)氧(yang)化(hua)物沈澱(dian);酸(suan)堿(jian)中(zhong)和池(chi)出(chu)水流(liu)入(ru)絮凝沈澱(dian)池(chi),酸(suan)堿(jian)中(zhong)和後(hou)產生(sheng)的沈澱(dian)以及汙(wu)水中(zhong)其(qi)他(ta)懸(xuan)浮(fu)物在沈澱(dian)池(chi)中(zhong)通(tong)過絮凝劑和助(zhu)凝(ning)劑(ji)的化(hua)學(xue)作用及泥水(shui)間的異向流動(dong)實現(xian)汙(wu)泥與(yu)水(shui)的分離(li)。
沈澱(dian)池(chi)出(chu)水依(yi)次(ci)進(jin)入光(guang)催化(hua)反應器、微(wei)電(dian)解(jie)器(qi)後(hou)進(jin)入臭氧氧化池(chi)和接觸(chu)消(xiao)毒池(chi),經(jing)氧(yang)化(hua)消(xiao)毒(du)後的廢水(shui)最後(hou)進(jin)入多(duo)介(jie)質過濾器,尚未被去除(chu)的細(xi)小懸(xuan)浮(fu)物、微(wei)量(liang)金(jin)屬(shu)及極少(shao)量(liang)的有機(ji)物等,壹部(bu)分通過石(shi)英(ying)砂(sha)以及具有巨大孔(kong)隙(xi)結(jie)構(gou)和比(bi)表(biao)面(mian)積的活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)的吸(xi)咐、截(jie)留(liu)等物理、化(hua)學(xue)作用等去除,另壹部(bu)則被附著(zhe)在活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)上的微(wei)生(sheng)物(wu)膜中的厭氧、好(hao)氧(yang)及兼性(xing)菌(jun)等降解(jie)去(qu)除(chu),活(huo)性(xing)炭(tan)截(jie)留(liu)吸(xi)咐與(yu)微(wei)生(sheng)物(wu)降(jiang)解(jie)吸(xi)的過程(cheng)穿(chuan)插、交(jiao)替、循環(huan)進(jin)行(xing)。

②報警保(bao)護管(guan)理:缺(que)水/停電(dian)保(bao)護、溫(wen)度保(bao)護、水(shui)質不(bu)合格(ge)保(bao)護、部(bu)件失效報警、系(xi)統(tong)超(chao)壓(ya)保(bao)護、電(dian)氣線路過載(zai)保(bao)護、儀(yi)器(qi)儀表(biao)超(chao)負(fu)荷(he)保(bao)護;
③程(cheng)序(xu)運行(xing)管(guan)理:系(xi)統(tong)除(chu)了(le)具備(bei)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)也(ye)可以在手(shou)動(dong)模(mo)式下上對(dui)單個(ge)泵、閥等部(bu)件進(jin)行(xing)控制(zhi)和操(cao)作(zuo),無(wu)論實驗室汙(wu)水處理設備(bei),采(cai)用(yong)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)還(hai)是手(shou)動(dong)控制(zhi),均(jun)能實現(xian)系(xi)統(tong)相(xiang)關(guan)運行(xing)環節(jie)控制(zhi),並互不(bu)幹(gan)涉(she);
